We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Timeline: Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, work on your customized design may already be in progress, and cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call 9799135786. Include your order details (order ID and customer name) in the request.
- Full Refund: If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase amount.
- Post 24-Hour Cancellation: If your request for cancellation comes after the 24-hour window, refunds will not be issued as the design process will have already begun.
2. Refund Policy
As all our products are custom-designed and personalized, we adhere to the following refund guidelines:
- Non-Refundable Services: Due to the personalized nature of our video invitations, once the design process has started and the first draft has been sent, refunds will no longer be available.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In case of technical errors on our part (such as failure to deliver the final product within the agreed timeframe or significant discrepancies between the final design and the agreed specifications), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Each case will be reviewed individually.
- Revision Process: We offer up to two revisions, depending on the package you have selected. After the allotted revisions are used, any further changes will incur additional fees. Please note that dissatisfaction with the design, after using the available revisions, does not qualify for a refund.
3. Refund Processing
- Refund Timeframe: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refund Notification: You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed, detailing the amount refunded and the method of refund.
4. Non-Delivery of Product
If you have not received your digital invitation within the specified delivery timeframe due to a technical error or oversight on our part, please contact us immediately. We will either:
- Re-send the completed invitation promptly, or
- Provide a full refund if the product is not delivered within a reasonable period after the agreed delivery date.
5. Changes to Orders
- Once the design is approved and finalized, no further changes can be made unless additional revision fees are agreed upon.
- Any requests for changes after final approval may delay the delivery of the final product.
6. Digital Product Nature
As all products delivered by Manav Invites are digital in nature, there is no physical product to return. Therefore, the refund policy is strictly limited to the conditions mentioned above. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the final product unless the issue falls under exceptional circumstances (such as failure to meet agreed specifications).
