What will be customized and what will be incorporated into your video?
- Textual information or specifics in the Invitation (For Example Names, Date, Time, Venue, etc.)
- Please carefully give the text and double-check it for spelling errors because we will add the exact same content that you offer.
- Pictures/Photos that you’ll Send Us (if shown in the video template you selected)
- You can’t change the images repeatedly; only those that are provided will be added.
- The colour of the clothing, face, and hair can all be changed in the animated vector character invitations video.
- Additional fees will be charged if more template modifications are necessary.
- Any song of your choosing (If you want to change the video’s current song. You must share the song or song URL you wish to replace here. We don’t offer any services for song cutting or editing. The last song must be provided to us.)
- Any changes to the current template’s font style, font colour, background colour, or other elements will incur an additional fee, so please let us know before placing your order. You can look up the projected cost online under the advanced customisation option or chat with us about it once more on WhatsApp.
- Days of Delivery: Standard Delivery (within 3-7 working days). As stated online, urgent delivery will incur an additional fee (1-2 working days)
- Delivery Format: you will receive an HD Mp4 video that can be sent through email or WhatsApp.
- Watermark & Logo: Your final video template will no longer have our corner logo and watermark, which can be seen throughout the video. We only keep the logo in the closing shot. (If one wishes to have that removed as well, there will be an additional fee, as noted on the page.)
