Ans. For caricature invites, we require front-face photographs of the couple (avoid selfies) along with the invitation details, including names, event dates, and venue.

Q. In which languages can you create invitations?
Ans. We design invitations in 8+ languages, including English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
Q. How long will my video invitation be?
Ans. The duration varies depending on the number of slides. Typically, video invitations range between 30 seconds to 90 seconds.
Q. Do you offer printed wedding invitations?
Ans. Yes, we do provide printed wedding cards, but printing and shipping charges are applicable.
Q. Can I get the source file of my invitation?
No, we do not provide the source file.
Revisions & Customization
Q. How many free revisions do I get?
Ans. You are eligible for 3 free revisions.
Q. What if I need more revisions?
Ans. The 4th revision onwards will be chargeable.
Q. How long do I have to request changes in my invitation?
Ans. You must request any revisions within 48 hours after receiving the invitation. After 48 hours, no further changes will be entertained.
Q. Can I opt out of my caricature invite being used for promotional purposes?
Ans. By default, Manav Invites reserves the right to showcase caricature-based invitations on our website and social media, but we never use personal details like names or contact information.

Q. Do I need to pay the full amount in advance?
Ans. Yes, for orders below ₹1000, 100% advance payment is required.
Q. What are the payment terms for orders above ₹1000?
Ans. If your order is above ₹1000, you need to pay 60% advance at the time of order placement. The remaining 40% must be paid before the final delivery.
